This page sets out all the terms and conditions that apply to account registration, betting, payments, bonuses, and general use of the heybaji platform. Please read everything carefully before using the site.
General Terms
By accessing or using the heybaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between heybaji and all its users.
These terms apply to the heybaji website, mobile application, and all related services. Using any part of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked to stop using the site.
heybaji reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updated terms are published will be taken as acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on heybaji and participate in any form of betting or casino activity. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from attempting to open an account or use the platform. heybaji may request supporting documents at any time to verify a user's age.
2.2 Registration Terms
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. heybaji reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided. A valid mobile number and email address are required to register.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
heybaji reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
Account Management
3.1 Login Credential Security
It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their username and password strictly confidential. Allowing third parties to access the account is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the heybaji support team must be informed immediately via live chat.
3.2 Account Responsibility
The account is for the user's personal use only. It may not be used for commercial purposes or to place bets on behalf of third parties. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
3.3 Temporary Suspension
If unusual activity is suspected on an account, heybaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend it during the course of an investigation. The balance remains secure during this period and the account will be reinstated once the investigation is concluded.
Deposit and Withdrawal
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The deposit methods currently accepted on heybaji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
When making a deposit, ensure you are using a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of your account.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
heybaji will not be held responsible for any funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the user. Please verify all details carefully before initiating a transaction.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.
A bonus is not free money; it is a conditional offer that becomes withdrawable only after the full wagering requirement has been completed. If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is still active, the bonus will be considered void.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Each account is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
- After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, heybaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
- Bets placed on certain games may not count toward bonus wagering — please contact the support team for details.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The heybaji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss. For example: a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Placement Conditions
Once any bet on heybaji has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review the odds and conditions carefully before placing a bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, heybaji reserves the right to void those bets.
6.2 Settlement of Results
For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results. If a match or event is incomplete or not concluded within the scheduled time, heybaji may void or review the relevant bets.
6.3 Casino Games
For casino games, the decision of the game software is considered final. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, heybaji will void that session and arrange for the balance to be returned.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybaji platform and will result in permanent account closure if detected:
- Any form of fraud, deception, or deliberate bonus abuse.
- Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
- Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on heybaji's systems.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
heybaji reserves the right to take necessary legal action against any such activities.
Responsible Gaming
heybaji believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed way to earn money. The platform gives responsible gaming the highest priority. Any user who feels their gaming habits are going beyond their control may request that limits be set or their account be temporarily suspended. Use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. heybaji maintains age verification measures to protect minors. Please stay within your financial means before placing bets, and do not place further bets in an attempt to recover money already lost.
Privacy and Data Protection
heybaji takes the privacy of users' personal information seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and providing support. It is not shared with third parties — except where required by law.

Account Closure
10.1 Closure at the User's Request
Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.
10.2 Closure at heybaji's Initiative
In cases of prohibited activity, submission of false information, or serious breach of these terms, heybaji reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. In such circumstances, any bonus balance may be forfeited.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
heybaji follows a separate policy for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The user will be notified before any action is taken due to inactivity.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through discussion with the heybaji support team. The support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat and email — in both Bengali and English.
